Because every piece is handcrafted with floral art and gold foil, we don’t generate digital previews. Instead, we carefully follow your instructions and ensure every detail is perfect before shipping.

Do you offer digital-only versions?
No — each piece is crafted as a physical artwork, finished in gold and framed to last. That’s part of the magic.

Each frame is handmade with care. Production usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on the complexity of your personalization.

How are the prints refined?

We ship worldwide, so your keepsake can reach loved ones wherever they are.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. And as a little thank‑you, we automatically apply a €5 discount on every order over €100 — no code needed, it’s taken care of for you at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Europe usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. International orders may take longer depending on customs.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Do you ship framed artworks safely?
Yes. Each frame is carefully packaged to protect it during transit, so it arrives ready to display.
What payment methods do you offer?

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my frame?
Because each frame is personalized, we cannot accept general returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Can I send a frame directly as a gift?
Absolutely. You can enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll ship it directly to them. We never include pricing in the package.

Will my baby’s foot touch the ink in the ink pad?
No. Our ink pads are completely mess‑free and designed with a special no‑contact system. Your baby’s foot never touches the ink. Instead, the ink sits on the opposite side of a thin membrane, facing the paper. When you press the foot onto the clean side, the impression transfers through the membrane onto the paper — keeping your baby’s skin safe and spotless.
Is the ink pad safe for newborns?
Yes. Our ink pads are specially designed to be non‑toxic and completely mess‑free. Your baby’s skin never touches the ink — only the clean membrane surface — so you can capture precious prints with total peace of mind.
How large are your ink pads compared to others?
Our ink pads are the largest available — designed to comfortably capture full baby handprints and footprints without compromise.
While most brands offer smaller sizes, ours measures 12.8 × 17.8 cm, with a generous imprint area of 9.8 × 14.8 cm. That’s up to two sizes larger than standard options, giving you more space, more detail, and more magic in every impression.
