Personalized Products
All of our creations are made to order and personalized for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if we have made an error in personalization, please contact us immediately at aninismagic@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Exceptions

• European Union customers: Under EU law, you have a 14‑day right to cancel non‑customized orders. This right does not apply to personalized or made‑to‑order items.
• Gift cards and sale items: These are non‑returnable.
