Processing & Creation

Every frame from our atelier is handmade in Europe with patience, artistry, and care. We do not keep stock — each piece is created especially for you. Please allow 2–3 weeks for us to design, craft, and perfect your frame before dispatch. For designs requiring your confirmation (such as Scrabble layouts, footprints, or floral personalization), the creation timeline begins once you approve your proof. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a tracking email once your parcel leaves our atelier.

Domestic Shipping (Romania)

We partner with trusted national couriers to ensure your frame arrives safely and quickly. Carriers we use include FAN Courier, Sameday, Cargus, Urgent Cargus, DPD Romania, and GLS Romania. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days once dispatched. Every frame is cushioned and boxed for safe travel, and gift‑wrapped orders are prepared to arrive beautifully, ready to be opened.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through Shopify’s integrated carriers, ensuring reliable and trackable delivery. Carriers include DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, and other local partners depending on your destination. Delivery typically takes 5–11 business days once dispatched. All international orders include tracking links sent by email.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, IOSS, or VAT depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control, but we will always assist you if issues arise.

Holiday & Peak Seasons

During holidays or peak gifting periods, processing and delivery may extend by 1–2 business days. We recommend ordering early for time‑sensitive gifts.
